Hygiene and products done your way
All the cleaning products I will use in your home you will provide this way you can continue with your favourite scents and trusted brands your used to using. For hygiene purposes I will provide you with 4 microfibre cloths 2 pink for bathrooms and toilets only , 1 blue for general areas (livingroom, hallways etc) and 1 green for kitchens. This is for hygiene and sanitisation purposes and is in guidance with the current COSH standards. I kindly ask you to wash and dry all 4 cloths after every visit so they are ready for the next visit they remain at your house if they need replacing or you wish to purchase extra this is your expense I only supply the first 4 cloths.
About me
It all began with a simple idea, I wanted to build a business but also be the best mum I could be for my children. selfishly I wanted to be the one to take them to school and pick them up after but I also wanted to work and provide for my family the best I could, even if it was earning just enough to get by I felt like I was teaching them a good life lesson. As a sole trader I pride myself on the personal touch and I believe that having a regular, friendly face, someone who you can really get to know and trust in your home can make it feel less of a worry, I believe building relationships with my customers is the most important strp of a good working relationship and having a customer feel safe and confident about allowing me in their home and they can continue with their lives without worry is extremely important. My approach is rooted in quality and integrity, ensuring that everything i do reflects my commitment to each of my customers. I hold a full DBS certificate which I'm happy to provide if you wish to see and am can provide both personal and professional references.

I will be as flexible as I'm able to be to suit your needs but I also still need to remain reliable and keep providing the very best service possible to my customers so in the event a day or time you'd prefer isn't available I will do my best to get something that works for everyone so that I can deliver the same professional service and reliability that I do for each and every one of my customers.
